Preparing for your
Appointment
Workspace Requirements
Please Provide a safe working area and room for your car with the doors completely open and room for our service vehicle and EZ-UP shade protector.
Prepping Your Vehicle
Please remove all car seats and valuables, large objects that wont fit in a bag, we will bag up your loose small personals for you. We do not clean out glove boxes or enclosed center consoles, if you clean them out we will clean these areas for you. We will not unhook hinged car seats if you do not take them out.
Water and Power
We require access to external power outlet; will provide or own 100ft extension cords. We use your hose spigot if you don't have one we need to know before hand if you're getting exterior done.
Vehicle Condition
We are not responsible for dead or weak car batteries. We are not responsible for electrical problems such as seats, windows, radio, etc.
Approval & Site Access
Please make sure you have permission to have us come on site and perform service if performed at a work location. It's your responsibility to inform them were coming and if there is a special place to perform the service.

Payment options will be discussed during your initial phone consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Canceled appointments by customers within 24 hours and no show customers are subject to not being rescheduled or charged a $40 fee to do so. Do not cancel on us for a chance of rain, let us determine the job can't be done and we will reschedule you no problem. Please call as soon as possible to cancel appointments.
